With over a decade of specialist recruitment experience Ollie has developed an intuitive ability to spot talent and an instinct for where this talent will flourish. This has seen him recruit across Europe and further afield, for clients ranging from global organisations to boutique SMEs.
His commitment to the industry and to the development of the next generation of talent saw him awarded Birmingham Young Professional of the Year 2009 in the Training and Recruitment category.
Away from work Ollie does his best to keep active – his annual snowboarding trip is always eagerly anticipated, he still clings to the fact that he was once half decent at windsurfing and occasionally dabbles at golf. He also makes a pretty decent cocktail.
