It’s an exciting time to be joining the Pitch team – over the years we have strengthened our reputation as leading specialists within marketing, PR and creative recruitment, winning a few awards along the way, including Marketing Recruitment Consultancy of the Year 2011.

As part of our growth plans, we’re looking for an ambitious Consultant with a proven track record within specialist recruitment. You’ll have a natural ability to guide and advise candidates and clients alike at all levels. Passionate and resilient, you’ll have a clear new business drive and total commitment to delivering outstanding service. It’s about quality, not quantity and a determination to rise above the competition, but never to take yourself too seriously (that bit’s very important).

Whether it’s with clients, candidates or colleagues, we believe long term relationships are crucial to success.
