When we do send someone your way, you can be sure that we’ll provide full details on why we think the candidate is right for your business and give you all the info you need to support their CV.
There are so many things to consider when recruiting which go beyond the job spec to ensure that we consistently deliver the best available candidates for your business. Like most recruiters, we offer a favourable rate when used exclusively. However, we won’t try and sell that to you at every given chance. Exclusivity has to work for both parties. Part of our job is to manage your expectations and timelines. So we will analyse each role individually, offer you an honest opinion of the market place and allow you to decide if exclusivity is right for you.
