Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for research, planning and execution of the organisation’s marketing activity.
This will cover all aspects from marketing, communications, digital and design, brining all the teams and departments together to ensure all parts link together.
Through careful research and experience, the Marketing Manager will advise the best marketing disciplines to use depending on the commercial results required by the business.
They will map out campaign timelines, resource requirements and budgets required for smooth delivery. The role may also be client facing at trade shows and conferences.
Employers look for experienced marketers, either from an in-house or agency environment. They might also request previous experience within their market sector, ensuring candidates understand how to market within their space (retail, consumer, manufacturing, IT etc.).
