So a couple of hundred submissions, 35 presentations, 30 employers, 3 days of judging, dozens of litres of coffee, much deliberating and several bottles of wine later, B-Hive 2012 is a wrap!
We’re pleased to say that 20 students left Pitch’s office Wednesday evening having secured paid work experience at some of the best marketing, PR and design outfits around the Midlands. The three days of judging included panels across five categories (marketing, PR, Graphic Design, Digital and Advertising) where students were given the opportunity to pitch their work in the hope of securing a placement. The whole event finished up with the customary awards evening at our offices. Around 100 people came to see the successful students pick their awards as they make their first mark in the industry.
