Leicester (hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)

As their new Account Director, you’ll:
- Be working with a vast array of brands within B2B and consumer sectors, collaborating with internal teams to deliver marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
- Take on management responsibility, leading and developing more junior members of the team, helping them to flourish within their roles.
- Have the opportunity to work together with your strategy team to develop and develop opportunities with your clients, allowing you to create and deliver campaigns that exceed expectations every time.
- Be able to remain hands on, doing what you love day to day!
To be considered for this role you’ll need:
- Experience within an agency environment working at Account Director level.
- To love a varied client services role – from strategy to managing project delivery, you’ll thrive best in a hands-on AD role.
- To be a natural leader with a nurturing and supportive management style.
