Pitch is proud to be supporting a brilliant media agency in recruiting a talented Account Director to join its growing team.

Based in central Birmingham, this agency is focused on delivering awesome multi-channel media campaigns. The team works with a vast array of clients in a variety of sectors meaning you have the chance to exercise your skills in multiple areas, gaining a diverse range of experience and exposure. As an Account Director, you’ll be a key cog in the agency team leading on key accounts, cultivating client relationships, and supporting your team in delivering effective media solutions for clients.

As their newest Account Director you will:

• Work closely with account management team to deliver campaigns that reach clients target audience and objectives in a timely fashion.
• Develop strong relationships with media owners ensuring buying efficiencies across the agency and value for money on behalf of clients
• Deliver end-to-end client servicing from client briefings, and attending meetings, to overseeing campaign performance pre- and post-delivery.
• Manage budgets and monitor the profitability of accounts.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Is an experienced Senior Account Manager ready to take a step or an already proven Account Director looking for a new challenge?
• Someone who can join with a solid base of media planning and buying-focused experience, making it easy for you to hit the ground running
• Has strong commercial skills in budget management and client development
• Team management would also be a huge bonus!
