Taking an initial concept from your strategy team and devising how to bring it to life visually and through words. Nurturing ideas through from the top line concept to final execution, supported by your brilliantly talented creative team.   We’re looking for a candidate who: Has an agency background and experience working with exciting brands across a range of sectors. Is an experienced conceptual creative, skilled in coming up with the big idea and developing the detail across all marketing touchpoints – from TV and radio, to social and PR, to internal comms. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of Birmingham’s most ambitious agencies, they work collaboratively 4 days a week in the office so you do need to be commutable to Birmingham.
