Brilliant opportunity for a budding .NET Developer to join a boutique creative agency in lovely Worcestershire. 

Operating within a range of sectors this client has a whole host of different development challenges to get your teeth into so there will be plenty to keep you occupied day to day. Due to a new client win they’re looking for a Web Developer to join the team and support their Senior Developer in a range of projects. 

These range from huge .NET builds to PHP projects, some WordPress updates and we’re throwing in some frontend HTML & CSS to keep the role well balanced – I told you you’d be busy! 

As a company, they are consistently evolving, developing new creative solutions for clients which means the tech has to stand up to support these visual creations. As a close-knit team, the agency creatives and developers work hand in glove delivering exceptional work in a team orientated way. It really is a quality environment to progress develop and upskill yourself! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Converting wireframes and sitemaps into fully functioning .NET websites.
• Work with cross-functionality to enhance the overall user experience of platforms.
• Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish.
• Revise, edit, proofread & optimise web content.

Skills:

• .NET 3.5 Webforms (must)
• .NET 4 mvc +
• HTML, CSS (including frameworks like Bootstrap), Javascript (including JQuery)
• MySQL
• Windows & Linux Server maintenance
• PHP
• Knowledge of Python and Wagtail or being keen to learn it!

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will be a code lover, interested in the technical challenge being a developer.
• Be heavily invested in the ever changing tech world and love to bring new ideas to the table to improve efficiency and add dynamism to your work.
• You will be willing to take on tasks outside your comfort zone and have as desire to learn new technologies and skills on the fly as projects arrive.
• You will enjoy problem-solving skills and have the ability to hunt down problems.
• 1+ year experience in a similar .NET role is essential for this opportunity.
