Pitch have partnered with one of Europe’s fasting growing manufacturing companies who are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join their marketing team in Wokingham.
You will focus on the continued development of internal and external dialogue across the business and across all platforms; online and offline. You will be the person who is responsible for showcasing and making the rest of the world aware of the client’s state of the art products.
You will be involved in developing content for a number of important stakeholders including; consumers, healthcare professionals, mobility retailers, architects and property developers. Your communications skills will need to be flexible enough to seamlessly switch between these audiences.
The role will encompass three key areas:Social Media:
Work with the external agency to implement the Social Media strategy.
Add value to the agency’s work by researching associated topics and amplifying their message.
Engage with customers, seek out partners and engage with influencers.
Start conversations which champion the company’s brand, products, and the benefits.
Content:
Build on the written and visual content the client has created to date.
Quickly get to grips with their tone of voice and work closely with the PR agency who drive written content creation.
Work alongside the SEO specialist to make sure any copy destined for the website is thoroughly optimised.
Internal Communications:
Create newsletters, presentations, CSR, charity initiatives, spearheading the development of the intranet content.
Support with ongoing liaison with cross-disciplinary teams across all 3 UK locations the wider business globally.
Make yourself known as the go-to person for any internal news or updates and you’ll repurpose them into a style that reflects the corporate tone of voice and brand identity.
You’ll be happy to reach out to staff across all UK, US and rest of world markets and enthuse them into sharing information and taking part in company activities.
You will need to have:
A natural flair for copywriting.
Demonstrable ability to modify your writing style dependent on audience.
Good social media skills.
Video production skills, including intermediate PremierPro abilities.
An ability to develop a concept into a working project.
An understanding of adhering to visual and verbal brand guidelines.
A self-starter who has ability to work on own initiative.
A creative thinker who can add value to the team from the outset.
