As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients through structured and tailored business development. To be considered you'll need a proven background in either marketing, Digital/Tech, Sales or HR recruitment. You’ll also need to be confident in front of clients and able to show strong leadership skills both internally and externally
We are based in a beautiful barn conversion with free parking.

ROLE& RESPONSIBILITY
•Confident in winning new business at a senior level, pitching effectively for PSL status and managing retained assignments.
•Ability to effectively cross-sell both permanent and interim solutions.
•Lead client meetings and build relationships at senior level.
•Track record of accurately forecasting team revenue and reporting to the board in line with company guidelines.
•Evaluate client spend and growth opportunities.

PACKAGE
•Flexible start/finish and ability to work from home two days a week.
•Basic salary: £32,000 to £40,000
•Personal billings Commission
