This incredibly impressive marketing agency is looking for an experienced Marketing Account Director to join their team and support their global clients across a range of integrated activities.

This extremely well-established agency prides itself on its longstanding client base, which includes a wide variety of blue chip and household brands, many of whom have worked with the agency for over a decade.

Culture is key for this business and they see it as one of their biggest assets, they’re a team of around thirty people with a real family feel, a true belief in what they do and a shared common goal. As their new Account Director, you’ll be:

• Working with an array of high-profile brands, within both consumer and B2B markets across of range of sectors - so there is plenty to get your teeth into.
• Taking on management responsibility you'll lead and develop the more junior members of the team, helping them to flourish within their roles.
• Working closely with your strategy team, you’ll create and oversee delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns on a global scale.
• Leading your clients, consulting, advising and developing accounts.

To be considered for this role you’ll need:

• A strong marketing background, having worked within an agency at Account Director level.
• To love a varied AD role – from strategy to managing project delivery, you’ll love to remain hands on.
• To be a natural leader with a nurturing and supportive management style
