Pitch is delighted to be working with this brand-new client based in central Birmingham as they look to recruit a Marketing Project Manager into their growing team.
Our client is a leading FMCG distributor, working closely with brands looking to launch their products into the UK market and have relationships with all the major grocery multiples, along with convenience and specialist retailers.
This role would suit a project manager or account manager from a marketing agency background or someone who has worked in a trade marketing, campaign or POS marketing role within fmcg/retail.

Please note, this role is purely focused on traditional print based in-store activation. Digital experience is not needed.
This is a vibrant, sociable and collaborative business, looking for like-minded individuals. They operate 5 days a week in the office which is a short walk from all the major city centre train stations.

Marketing Operations Lead Staffordshire – 3 days office/2 days home £40,000 - £45,000 (possible flex) Pitch is delighted to be exclusively partnered with this fantastic business as they look to expand their marketing team. This is a fully integrated marketing role, that requires someone who has designed and delivered marketing campaigns within a B2C business and who has both a creative eye and loves analysing and reporting on campaign success. If you have used HubSpot in the past, this would be a huge bonus! By maintaining rigorous standards across both offline and digital channels, you will contribute significantly to the team’s ability to achieve strategic goals, maximising both brand impact and return on investment. Responsibilities of the role: Execute timely delivery of marketing campaigns, to ensure that budgets, timelines and resources are properly aligned, working as part of a collaborative team. Manage the delivery of print assets, brochures, OOH, events, advertising and PR. Ensure all digital campaigns and integrated and consistent across email, SMS, social media, display, paid media and search. Produce and manage the media schedule. Manage agency relationships across PR, brand and digital. Ensure the workflow through the team is consistent and timely. Line management of one direct report. Reporting and analysis of budgets and campaign ROI. Experience needed to be successful: You’ll be a generalist marketer with experience across digital and print campaign delivery. Project management will be natural to you, and you’ll be able to demonstrate where you have managed multiple campaigns in previous roles. You will ideally have some experience of people management. You’ll be a natural communicator and able to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels. Ability to work at pace. Creative flair where you can proof and edit all content assets before sign- off. Commercial with a data-focused approach. A background within a B2C business, either inhouse or from a marketing agency. HubSpot experience would be very beneficial. Following an exciting period of growth, they are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join the team and support one of their key categories. You will be working in a product or brand role currently and perhaps looking for your second role to take that next step in your career. In this role you will be required to: Manage the performance of a portfolio from cradle to grave. Conduct continuous market and competitor research to inform range reviews and planning for NPD. Our client designs their products and works with manufacturing partners across Europe and the Far East to produce premium, cutting edge pieces. Driven by trends within the fashion industry, they have several ranges, premium licensed brands and own brands. They are now seeking a Junior Buyer to join their team based in Worcestershire and support their ongoing growth. This role sits within the product team and works closely with the supply and marketing teams. It requires someone with an eye for exceptional design and the ability to be conceptual whilst sticking to demanding briefs. Key duties will include: Overseeing product development for a portfolio of own brand and licensed products, including an element of design where possible. Attending major European trade shows to carry out trend and market research whilst also researching competitors. Managing critical path and delivery schedules for new products. Regularly liaising with manufacturing partners to identify materials needed and negotiate on prices. Regular liaison key stakeholders inside and outside of the business. Product administration, stock monitoring and developing POS material. Identification and interpretation of trends. Analysing range performance and commercial value.
