Pitch is delighted to be working with this fantastic not-for-profit business, established over 150 years ago. Providing health and wellbeing and financial services to businesses and individuals, they put employee wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.
They are looking for a Propositions Manager who will be responsible for bringing new product ideas to life, horizon scanning to identify new trends and emerging opportunities and manage the relationships with existing suppliers, whilst identifying and building relationships with new ones.
The role is hybrid with the need to be in the office at least once a month for team meetings and on occasions where there is a business need. You will also travel to meet with suppliers when needed.

Marketing Project Manager Birmingham – 5 days in office £35,000 - £40,000 Pitch is delighted to be working with this brand-new client based in central Birmingham as they look to recruit a Marketing Project Manager into their growing team. Our client is a leading FMCG distributor, working closely with brands looking to launch their products into the UK market and have relationships with all the major grocery multiples, along with convenience and specialist retailers. This role would suit a project manager or account manager from a marketing agency background or someone who has worked in a trade marketing, campaign or POS marketing role within fmcg/retail. What will you be doing? Managing relationships with brands and supporting them with their go-to-market retail activation plans. Writing project briefs and agreeing budgets and timescales for delivery. Work cross-functionally with the inhouse creative teams and field sales teams to deliver in-store activations on time and to budget. Liaise with external suppliers to negotiate on prices and ensure timely delivery of assets. Report on campaign successes to the client. What experience do you need? Previous experience within a project management/campaign management role. An understanding of how to activate a brand within the FMCG/retail space. Excellent communication skills. Experience of creating a project/campaign brief, including budget management. Ideally experience within FMCG or Retail sector- either directly or supplying to. Ideally some experience of instore promotions/POS delivery. Please note, this role is purely focused on traditional print based in-store activation. Digital experience is not needed. This is a vibrant, sociable and collaborative business, looking for like-minded individuals. Junior Product Manager/Buyer Worcestershire – 4 days in office £25,000 - £32,000 doe Pitch is delighted to be supporting an award-winning business operating at the heart of the British design industry on a rare opportunity within the Midlands. Our client designs their products and works with manufacturing partners across Europe and the Far East to produce premium, cutting edge pieces. Driven by trends within the fashion industry, they have several ranges, premium licensed brands and own brands. They are now seeking a Junior Buyer to join their team based in Worcestershire and support their ongoing growth. This role sits within the product team and works closely with the supply and marketing teams. It requires someone with an eye for exceptional design and the ability to be conceptual whilst sticking to demanding briefs. Key duties will include: Overseeing product development for a portfolio of own brand and licensed products, including an element of design where possible. Attending major European trade shows to carry out trend and market research whilst also researching competitors. Managing critical path and delivery schedules for new products. Regularly liaising with manufacturing partners to identify materials needed and negotiate on prices. Regular liaison key stakeholders inside and outside of the business. Product administration, stock monitoring and developing POS material. Identification and interpretation of trends. Analysing range performance and commercial value. You could be a recent graduate who had a placement year working in fashion design/buying/product development or someone with a couple of year’s experience post-degree and looking for the next step up in career. It is essential that you demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong writing and numerical skills, an eye for detail and a creative flair.
