West Midlands based – contract is work from home

£24,000 (happy to consider part time applicants for pro rata salary)

This is an awesome opportunity for a recent graduate or junior marketer who has an interest in brand, is creative with ideas to bring to the table and who has a love of content and social media.

We’re working with an innovative FMCG brand, new to market and now listed in several major grocers, who are scaling up and have an exciting 2026 ahead of them!  Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you’ll support on creative campaigns and Guerrilla marketing tactics to drive awareness with consumers and build the online community across social media.

What be you’ll doing?

• Filming and editing short-form content for social media.
• Scheduling social media and responding to comments and messages to build a positive community.
• Support with organising events such as pop-ups, sampling days, trade shows etc.
• Support on the growth and management of influencers.
• Support with PR activities and OOH brand activations.
• Support with trend and competitor research.

Experience needed:

• A genuine interest in marketing and brand.
• Excellent copywriting ability.
• Some experience of filming/editing for social media would be advantageous; could be personal projects or as part of degree.
• A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to get stuck in!

This role is a home-based contract, but you’ll need to live within a commutable distance of Birmingham to meet up with the Marketing Manager and be happy to travel occasionally to London.  The company is happy to consider both full time and part time applications.
