Pitch is delighted to be supporting an award-winning Birmingham agency as they prepare for an exciting period of growth in 2026. They’re now looking to welcome an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to their talented, close-knit team.

In this role, you will:
- Partner with a Digital Account Director to integrate campaigns at a strategic level.
- Lead and develop a small team, supporting their growth and day-to-day delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand objectives and shape effective media strategies.
- Oversee campaign execution across your team and internal specialists, ensuring best-in-class output.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Comes from a media agency background with strong experience developing multi-channel ATL media strategies.
- Is a confident presenter and excellent communicator, able to build trusted client relationships.
- Has leadership experience and enjoys motivating and guiding a small team
