The Role
The team is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join and help shape how the agency markets itself. You’ll work closely with the MD on the strategy and planning of marketing solutions for the agency brand — spending around 60% of your time delivering marketing activity for the agency itself.
This will include a wide mix of marketing channels, from social media and content creation to email campaigns, creative projects, SEO, and paid media. Essentially, you’ll be hands-on with every aspect of how the agency communicates its brand and voice.
The remaining 40% of your time will be spent supporting the client services team in delivering work for their clients. This could involve content planning, scheduling, copywriting, or general campaign support — you’ll be an integral part of the delivery process wherever needed.
About You
You’ll ideally have 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or client services role and some commercial exposure. Most importantly, you’ll bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to take on new challenges, share creative ideas, and work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
