We’re excited to be supporting a forward-thinking, fast-growing marketing consultancy as they continue their impressive growth journey. They’re now looking for a talented Marketing Executive who wants to join a business where they can truly make their mark.

They partner with a range of businesses; from ambitious SMEs to large corporate organisations with an international footprint across a variety of sectors, diving deep into their world to understand their goals, challenges and opportunities. From shaping standout brands to generating high-quality leads and delivering campaigns that truly convert, everything they do is focused on impact, innovation and helping their clients grow.To support their continued expansion, we’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Executive to work with a variety of B2B clients in a hugely varied role. The position will be shaped around the strengths, interests and experience of the successful candidate, offering genuine freedom to grow and develop.  

The role:

Some of the areas you might get involved in are below, but please note – this role will be shaped around the successful candidate so you don’t need to tick every single box! 

• Campaign planning – Supporting clients with quarterly content plans and calendar creation.
• Social media management – Creating and scheduling content across multiple platforms, plus producing engaging graphics in Canva.
• SEO – A mix of technical optimisation and content-focused improvements.
• Email marketing – Developing campaign journeys and writing compelling content. 
• Content creation – From short, snappy social to compelling web copy, engaging blogs and impactful emails. 
• Video content – If you’re confident with mobile filming and editing, you’ll have the chance to get creative here too.
• Analytics & reporting – Monitoring performance and preparing insight-driven reports for clients. 

What are we looking for?

• 12 months + experience within a marketing role, gained within an in-house or agency side role.
• A broad skillset – you could be a digital pro looking to continue to develop, a social media expert that loves content creation, or an exceptional content writer – or a blend of all three!
•  Someone who is keen to join a small but growing consultancy that offers a varied and exciting role, and an opportunity to really make your mark and develop your career!

This role is based in Redditch and is x 3 days per week onsite, you do need a car to be able to commute to the office.
