Pitch is working in partnership with a leading Derby based PR and communications agency to support their expansion with the addition of a talented PR Account Manager.

This agency works with a diverse portfolio of B2B clients across a range of sectors including, logistics, pharma and construction brands. The agency has been established for many years so have a great reputation and long-standing client and media relationships.

This fantastic PR Account Manager role is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced PR candidate to step up their career within a supportive but autonomous team environment.

As their PR Account Manager you’ll be:

• Leading a team to deliver PR and social media campaigns for a range of B2B clients.
• Helping to develop PR and comms strategies across your client mix.
• Supporting your team day to day, leading and mentoring to support ongoing progression and development.
• Have the opportunity to do lots of copywriting and content creation, that could include press releases, social content, thought leadership pieces, blogs, award entries and e-shots.
• Pitch your brilliant content to a range of media partners to secure phenomenal coverage for your clients.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Has a strong B2B PR background, this could have been gained within an agency or in house role.
• Is great with clients and the media alike, able to build long term relationships at all levels.
