We’re excited to be supporting one of Warwickshire most impressive brands in the evolution of their digital marketing team.
As the marketing division has evolved performance marketing has become a key part of the teams focus so they’re looking for a skilled leader to develop and guide the division and ensure long term performance goals are met.
If suvvesfull you’ll jpin an exceptilanlly talented team delivering actiit across PPC, paid social, SEO and email marketing and you’ll be responbel for taking the lead and delivering across these channels, providide strategy, tactial input and ensuring growth metrics are bet.
Wprkng closey with the ecommerce team you’ll ensure joined up thining and that the website, dev and digital desigern understnaf the goals. Ensuing harmony for the brand and the tema.
So what are we looking for:
Someone with fully integrated digital marketing understanding and experience including CRM, SEO, paid social, PPC.
Someone who has worked for consumer brands and ideally within an omni-channel business.
Previous hands on experience with paid media, including PPC and paid social.
Demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
Excellent analytical skills, with an insight-led mindset and passion for using data and market trends to shape digital strategy.
Fantastic communication skills.
Ideally a B2C background; inhouse or agency within retail, eCommerce, travel, luxury.
You’ll need your own transport and also be happy to travel occasionally.
