Working across a portfolio of respected B2B brands, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s ready to step into a strategic leadership role and help shape the future of an award-winning agency.

So what does your day to day look like…

• Leading a portfolio of B2B clients, providing senior-level strategic support across PR, digital, and social.
• Developing and implementing integrated communications campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Overseeing the Account Executive team, managing workloads, and nurturing growth.
• Maintaining strong client relationships with regular touchpoints and review sessions.
• Steering monthly planning for social media, including paid campaign oversight.
• Pitching to media, managing press relationships, and securing top-tier coverage.
• Supporting business development, writing proposals, and winning new accounts.
• Offering crisis comms advice and media counsel where needed.
• Attending industry events and representing the agency at key networking opportunities.
• Supporting brand growth for both your clients and the agency itself.

To be considered you will need…

• Proven experience in a PR Account Manager role. preferably B2B.
• Excellent leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Confident in developing and executing multi-channel comms strategies.
• A natural relationship-builder with strong media contacts and pitching skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset with experience identifying and securing new business opportunities.
