We're partnering with a top-tier London-based events agency to find a talented Account Director or Project Director to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns for global brands.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be a key part of the agency’s senior team, taking a strategic and leadership role across major client projects:
- Leading client relationships, shaping the strategic direction of their events
- Overseeing full project lifecycles – from concept to post-event review
- Managing and mentoring a team of Event Executives and Project Managers
- Driving new business, contributing to proposals and pitch processes
- Delivering a variety of high-profile events – from corporate roadshows and awards dinners to large-scale conferences
What we’re looking for:
- Agency experience at Account Director or Project Director level is essential
- Proven track record delivering big-budget, large-scale corporate events
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confident client handler and experienced in high-level strategy and delivery
