Pitch is delighted to be supporting a leading B2B manufacturer in the search for a Global Head of Marketing & Product.

This is a senior, strategic leadership role for an experienced marketing professional who can bring together product, brand, digital and marketing communications to drive global commercial growth.

You’ll shape the global marketing and product strategy, using market insight, customer understanding and commercial data to identify growth opportunities, strengthen the product portfolio and build a consistent, compelling global brand.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of:

• Developing and delivering the global marketing and product strategy in line with wider commercial objectives.
• Leading product management, including a rolling three-year product roadmap covering portfolio development, new products and enhancements.
• Driving the global digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.
• Developing and championing the global brand strategy and ensuring consistent brand positioning and communications.
• Identifying market, sector and customer opportunities to support profitable international growth.
• Establishing clear marketing priorities, KPIs and a strong measurement culture across markets and products.
• Managing and optimising the marketing structure, resources and a significant marketing budget.
• Working collaboratively with international marketing teams across America, Australia and China.
• Leading, motivating and developing a large, multi-disciplinary marketing team.

About You

We’re looking for a commercially focused marketing leader with:

• 10+ years' marketing experience, including significant strategic leadership responsibility and a background working with specified products.
• Proven experience leading Marketing, Product and Digital/E-Commerce functions.
• Strong people leadership experience, ideally managing teams of 20+.
• UK and international/global marketing experience.
• Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing or a product-led environment.
• A proven track record in brand strategy, product management and digital marketing.
• Experience working closely with sales and commercial teams to deliver growth.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree-level education.
• Fluency in a European language, particularly German, would be advantageous.
