Are you ready to take the lead on digital strategy for one of Europe’s most innovative and inspirational brands?

CEWE is seeking a Head of Digital to shape the future of our digital marketing across the UK & ROI, driving performance, growth, and brand impact.

This senior role will see you partner with our Marketing Director and global colleagues, leading a talented in-house digital team across CRM, digital media, and web. You’ll be the digital expert in the UK business — building culture, championing innovation, and delivering strategies that hit commercial goals. Cewe have ambitious growth plans and are seeking a tenacious digital leader to play a key role in the next phase of their expansion.

What you’ll be doing day to day 

• Lead strategy: Shape and deliver digital marketing across the UK & ROI in line with CEWE Group objectives.
• Drive performance: Oversee acquisition, retention, and brand growth across channels including Website, CRM, PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, App Store & Affiliates.
• Champion insight: Use analytics, customer journey data, and competitor insights to drive decision-making and measurable results.
• Team leadership: Mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing digital team while fostering collaboration across marketing, sales, operations, and global group colleagues.
• Brand building: Ensure CEWE’s digital presence strengthens visibility, engagement, and consistency across every touchpoint.
• Continuous improvement: Promote test-and-learn culture, process efficiency, and digital upskilling across the wider marketing function.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in senior digital marketing leadership.
• Expertise across paid, owned, and earned channels — from PPC & paid social to CRM & SEO.
• Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience mentoring digital teams.
• Analytical mindset, insight-led decision making, and experience optimising ROAS.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to influence across teams, partners, and global stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
