This role focuses primarily on internal communications, helping to engage colleagues across the business and bring company stories to life. You’ll play a key role in creating compelling content, celebrating successes, and ensuring employees stay informed and connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and delivering engaging internal newsletters
- Writing and sharing good news stories and company updates
- Managing and updating the company intranet
- Attending internal events and capturing photo/video content
- Supporting wider communications activity where required
About You
- Experience in a communications role (internal communications, external communications, or PR)
- Background can be agency or in-house
- A strong writer and communicator with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Creative and proactive with a keen eye for engaging content
- Comfortable attending events and capturing content for communications channels
