Home based (UK only) - 1 day in Birmingham office needed per week

We’re excited to be supporting an award-winning Birmingham based brand during an exciting period of growth. The team are looking to add the skills of a Paid Media Specialist to their Performance Marketing Team. Tasked with leading on all aspects of paid media channels, you’ll strategise and plan solutions, deliver activity across PPC and Paid Social delivering leads into the business day in and day out.

What will you get up to day to day?
Plan and manage the paid media campaigns to ensure they are fully optimised for lead generation across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn and other social platforms such as TikTok and You Tube etc.
Analyse campaigns using GA4, HubSpot and other analytics dashboards and make changes as required to ensure campaigns perform at the highest level.
Take responsibility for a £multi-million paid budget.
Improve cost per SQL and conversion rates through data-driven testing and audience optimisation.
Regular reporting to team and board.
Stay up to date on all platform changes and new trends.
To be considered you will need….
To be a paid media pro with experience across both PPC and paid social.
Experience of managing high-budget paid campaigns.
To be happy to be strategic and hands on, owning campaigns yourself but with the opportunity to grow out a team.
Excellent skills in developing and delivering PPC and paid solutions but with a passion for the broader digital landscape.
Ideally have worked inhouse or agency-side in a lead generation focused role; preferably B2B but flexible on sectors.
