We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Bid Coordinator to join a fantastic Warwickshire-based team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of both business development and marketing, offering real scope to grow and make an impact.

With a primary focus on bids and tenders, you’ll take ownership of the submission process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to produce high-quality, compelling responses that are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented. Alongside this, you’ll also support marketing activity, helping to strengthen the brand through engaging content and communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end bid and tender process, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Reviewing tender documentation and producing clear, tailored responses
  • Coordinating technical input from internal teams and maintaining bid content libraries
  • Managing PQQs and monitoring tender portals for new opportunities
  • Supporting the creation of case studies, award submissions, and marketing materials
  • Updating website and social media channels with engaging content
  • Supporting PR activity, events, and external communications
  • Ensuring all outputs are accurate, on brand, and presented to a high standard

We’re looking for someone with proven bid coordination experience, excellent writing skills, and strong attention to detail. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities, with solid skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital platforms.
