Once again, we’re delighted to be exclusively working with this global manufacturer based in the heart of Derbyshire.
Our client is looking for a proactive Partnerships Manager to develop and manage a growing partner network, mainly within the non-profit and charity space. This is a hands-on role combining relationship management, partner enablement, and joint marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll love getting out and about to meet people and network, so a driving license is key. Use of a pool car is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new partners, including CSR-aligned opportunities
- Build and manage strong partner relationships
- Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement materials
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships
- Support partnership agreements and negotiations
- Monitor performance, report on ROI, and optimise partner activity
- Identify new partnership opportunities to scale the network
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and contractual obligations
About You
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially minded and results-driven
- Organised with solid project management ability
- Confident negotiator and influencer
- Experience in partnerships, account management, or similar
- Some understanding of marketing and how to support on joint marketing initiatives with partners
- Ideally some experience/knowledge in the CSR and charity space
