The latest addition to a growing list of fantastic opportunities is this Senior Affiliate Executive role.

You'll be joining a business that's experienced phenomenal growth since 2020, and they're showing absolutely no signs of slowing down! Having recently launched their own brands, they're entering an exciting new phase of growth, and this is your chance to be part of it.

So, what are they looking for?!

We're looking for a commercially minded, results-driven Senior Affiliate Executive who knows how to build brilliant partnerships and turn them into revenue!

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day affiliate programme, working across the AWIN platform and wider media partnerships to drive growth, increase brand awareness and maximise performance.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, develop relationships and identify new commercial opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing and growing the affiliate programme, including recruiting new partners, nurturing existing relationships and coordinating promotions.
• Identifying new partnership opportunities to drive revenue and strengthen brand visibility.
• Analysing performance, spotting trends and making recommendations to improve ROI.
• Reviewing commission structures, budgets and promotional activity to maximise profitability.
• Working with the wider marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver seasonal campaigns, exclusive offers and new initiatives.
• Keeping an eye on competitors and industry trends to stay one step ahead!

What do we need from you?

Ideally, you'll have at least 3 years' experience in affiliate marketing, with a solid understanding of how to grow and optimise affiliate programmes.

Experience using AWIN would be a huge advantage, alongside strong analytical skills and a genuinely commercial approach. You'll be confident building relationships, comfortable managing multiple partners and campaigns, and able to use data to make informed decisions.

But beyond the technical skills, we're looking for someone who's proactive, reliable and genuinely excited about driving results. Someone who takes ownership, brings ideas to the table and wants to be part of a business that's going places!
