Pitch is delighted to be supporting a growing digital agency in the appointment of a Middleweight Designer to join its talented team.

Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll create high-quality work across brand, digital and campaigns, including visual identities, websites and creative assets. You’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, developers and account teams to deliver standout work for a diverse client base.

We’re looking for a designer with 3–5 years’ agency experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent creative thinking across brand, web and campaigns.

Key requirements:

• Strong portfolio with clear creative process and attention to detail
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills
• Collaborative approach and confident communication skills
• Experience working across brand, digital and campaign projects in an agency environment.
• An interest in emerging design trends and AI tools
• Motion/video experience would be advantageous
