Calling all Marketing & Communications Executives – I've got a brilliant opportunity for you!

Pitch is delighted to be partnering with the fantastic team at CEWE once again as they look for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

If you're not familiar with CEWE, they're a leading photo printing company, creating everything from personalised photobooks and canvas prints to mugs, gifts and much more. Alongside their online offering, you'll also find their photo printing technology in well-known retailers including Boots, Ryman and Robert Dyas.

It's a brilliant consumer brand with a huge variety of marketing activity, and this role offers the chance to get involved in it all!

The opportunity

You'll be joining a talented, friendly and collaborative marketing team, supporting the Brand Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the UK and Ireland.

From digital advertising, CRM and social media to PR, partnerships, printed collateral and wider brand campaigns, you'll gain exposure to a fantastic mix of marketing channels.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with internal teams, creative colleagues, external agencies and suppliers to bring campaigns to life.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Coordinating campaign briefs, timelines, creative assets and marketing materials to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Working with internal teams, external agencies and suppliers to deliver engaging, on-brand campaigns.
• Supporting activity across email, CRM, social media, digital advertising, PR, content and partnerships.
• Helping coordinate photography and video shoots, customer testimonials and brand ambassador activity.
• Reviewing campaign performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Keeping projects organised, managing deadlines and ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard.

What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll have at least 12 months' experience in a marketing role, with some exposure to planning, coordinating or delivering marketing campaigns.

Experience within retail, consumer brands or eCommerce would be a bonus, but it's certainly not essential.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn. You'll have a good understanding of the marketing mix, an eye for creative detail and the confidence to work with different teams and stakeholders.

You'll need strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects. An interest in campaign performance and using data to improve marketing activity would be a real advantage.
