As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of multiple client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and trusted partner. You’ll manage the full end-to-end client journey, from briefing and strategy development through to campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting. Working closely with internal specialist teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities will include developing campaign strategies and plans, coordinating multi-channel digital activity, providing regular client updates, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. You’ll also play an active role in analysing campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and recommendations that demonstrate value and success to clients.
To be considered for this role, you will need:

Proven experience working within a marketing or digital agency environment

Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

A strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content and social media

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
This role would suit someone who is already working in a client-facing Account Manager or Senior Account Executive position and is confident managing integrated digital campaigns with minimal supervision.
