Are you an experienced Brand Manager or Product Marketing Manager with a blend of B2C and B2B experience? Are you looking to be part of an exceptional business who are highly innovative and customer-focused? If so, this could be the role for you!
Once again, we’re delighted to be exclusively working with this global manufacturer based in the heart of Derbyshire. As Brand Manager you will take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for their flagship heating brand and ensure that all customer communications are engaging across all touchpoints, including exciting creative for TV.
As the Brand Manager you will:
Be the custodian of the brand and deliver the marketing activity across all marketing channels to raise awareness with consumers through TV, radio and sponsorships along with targeted marketing activity for installers and merchants.
Be fully immersed in understanding who the customers are and what marketing channels are best for communications.
Use insight to inform campaign plans for the brand.
Brief the delivery teams internally and external agency partners on brand activation and product campaigns.
Work on high-profile product launches and brand projects and monitor delivery.
Manage the performance of a small team.
What experience do you need?
You will have worked in a Brand Manager or Product Marketing Manager role previously and have a mix of B2C and B2B experience.
Experience of managing TV campaigns and working with media agencies is key.
You will have experience across all marketing channels, including TV, trade and consumer press, print advertising, PR, social media, digital, email, loyalty, POS production, trade shows and OOH.
Experience of managing six figure budgets.
You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and have worked cross-functionally and collaboratively.
Be comfortable to challenge in a positive way, and to be challenged.
Have previous team management experience.
This is a maternity cover contract for 12-14 months and requires someone who can start quickly. You need to be adaptable and able to come into the team and transition into the brand smoothly to deliver the strategy that is already in place.
