Pitch is delighted to be working exclusively with this global manufacturer of agricultural products.  We’re recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimise a multi-channel digital ecosystem, driving measurable performance, engagement, and growth.

You’ll lead digital activity across owned, paid, and direct channels—translating campaigns into effective execution and continuously improving performance through data and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimise website performance (UX, journeys, content, conversion)
• Deliver digital strategy across owned, paid, and direct channels
• Manage marketing automation, including email journeys, segmentation, and deployment
• Lead paid and organic activity across search, social, and display
• Analyse performance and deliver clear, actionable recommendations

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in a B2C digital marketing role where you can demonstrate clear improvements and impact
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable improvements (e.g. conversion rates, engagement, ROI) through optimisation
• Confident using analytics tools to generate insight and inform decisions
• Solid understanding of UX, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
