We’re delighted to be partnering exclusively with this global B2B business in the industrial engineering space.  Providing a huge range of products for their customers available for next day delivery, they are looking for an experienced integrated Digital Marketing Manager who has worked within an eCommerce business.

This role is crucial for enhancing online presence, driving traffic to the eCommerce site, and delivering increased revenue with a real focus on new customer acquisition.  You’ll be a digital specialist, who has worked across all channels, with particularly strong knowledge of PPC, CRM/email and Google Analytics (GA4). 

You need to be able to demonstrate strong conversion rates and ROAS, have a test and learn approach to digital and naturally love being in the data on GA4 daily.

What experience do you need?

• Proven digital background within an eCommerce business where you can demonstrate revenue growth.
• Strong KPI and commercial focus with test and learn mentality and expert user of Google Analytic and other tools.
• An expert knowledge of how to drive traffic to the site through PPC, SEO, email marketing, social and content. 
• Solid hands-on experience of PPC to manage a large volume of PPC campaigns daily through the agency.
• CRM and email marketing experience; able to create customer journeys and work flows for email using Salesforce and Klaviyo.
• Agency management experience.
• Strong leadership capability.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS would be beneficial but not essential.  Previous experience of Magento is a huge bonus!
• Ideally, you’ll be from a B2B eCommerce background, but your experience could be in B2C, but you must have worked in a business that sells thousands of products online.
