Pitch is delighted to be supporting an award-winning business operating at the heart of the British design industry on a rare opportunity within the Midlands.  If you’re a creative and progressive marketer who lives and breathes brand marketing, then this could be the role for you!

You’ll love being both strategic and hands on; coming up with exciting and visionary ideas and then executing them with the support of a small team that you will manage and lead day to day.  You’ll be responsible for their ongoing development with leadership and delegation skills as part of your DNA!

Driven by trends within the fashion industry, and best in class innovation through their R&D, they have several house brands along with premium licensed brands and you’ll own and develop these brands and relationships as part of the role, whilst also supporting the continued growth of the export market.

Requirements of the role:

• A strong brand marketing background at senior manager or head of level.
• Experience of developing brand strategy and a fully integrated marketing plan that supports both in-house brands and the licensed partnerships.
• Strong creative eye, with an interest in new and emerging trends in marketing, such as AI and how these can be incorporated into marketing activity.
• Experience of digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, content creation, web, PR, trade shows and exhibitions, catalogue production, sales support assets, photoshoots.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent relationship builder.
• Experience of working closely with a product team.
• Strong focus on analysis and using data to inform decision making.
• Competent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous team management experience and able to demonstrate key leaderships qualities.

This is a busy role that will require some international travel on occasion.  You’ll likely have worked within fashion, beauty, retail, luxury, interiors, be degree educated (or equivalent) within a relevant subject and be happy working 5 days a week in the office.
