We’re excited to be partnering with a highly regarded creative and strategic marketing consultancy that specialises in connecting people and place, delivering integrated services for a range of high profile retail and destination clients, providing highly bespoke marketing strategies tailored to each client.
This agency has nurtured a truly amazing culture, and is known for its quality of work and exceptional client service, the agency operates as a trusted advisor and extension of its clients’ teams, with a strong culture built around collaboration, creativity and long-term relationships.
This brand new client services role, created as a result of an internal promotion, is a pivotal position with the agency, and a part of its senior leadership team.
About the Role
This is a key leadership role within the agency, combining strategic client partnership with the opportunity to lead and nurture an exceptionally talented team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the client services function, a team of around 14 talented client focused pros.
- Acting as senior contact for some of the agency’s key clients across retail, office space and residential property. You’ll have the chance to work on some unbelievable clients!
- Working strategically with your clients to shape and define their marketing and placemaking approach.
- Overseeing strategic account planning and delivery across the agency, managing resource and workload planning.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting new business activity including pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Playing an active role within the senior leadership team.
About You
We’re looking for a confident and collaborative senior client leader with strong experience in property, place or destination marketing.
You’re likely to bring:
- A people-first leadership style that promotes openness, trust and high performance
- A strategic and creative mindset, backed by insight and with an eye on commercials.
- Proven experience leading and developing client services teams
- Strong understanding of property ecosystems and the role of marketing, brand and customer experience
