Pitch is supporting a fabulous full-service digital agency based in central Birmingham who are on the lookout for an Account Director.  Working with clients in the B2B sector, they offer digital services across web, search, social and email, driving fantastic inbound marketing leads using HubSpot.

The Digital AD will have line management responsibility for a small team of three and have strategic responsibility for a core number of clients, as well as some smaller accounts, taking them through strategy, reporting and optimisation.  You’ll be the one driving the accounts, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and delivering the results required.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous experience of working within a digital agency.
• Knowledge of lead generation focused marketing to a B2B audience.
• A solid understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email, content, social etc.
• Fantastic communication and presentation skills.
• Previous people management and development experience.
• You could be a competent SAM looking to take the next step into an AD role or be operating as an AD already.

It would also be awesome if you have some working knowledge of HubSpot.
