Paid Media Executive
Solihull | Hybrid – 3 days office-based | £33,000–£40,000
Our client is looking for a Paid Media Executive to join their growing marketing team, with a strong focus on paid search and performance marketing.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with particular emphasis on Search and Performance Max (PMAX) along with paid social across Meta. You’ll use data, testing and optimisation to drive profitable customer acquisition and improve campaign performance.
The Role:
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, particularly Search and PMAX.
- Develop and refine bidding strategies to improve ROAS, CPA and lead quality.
- Carry out keyword research, audience analysis and ongoing campaign testing.
- Monitor performance and turn data into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Support wider paid media activity where required.
- Manage paid social across Meta.
About You:
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on PPC experience, either agency or inhouse.
- A B2C background; can be lead generation or eCommerce focused.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search and Performance Max (PMAX).
- Experience of paid social on Meta.
- A strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience with GA4, conversion tracking and campaign measurement.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders.
You'll live and breathe paid media, be naturally curious and keen to come to the table with ideas and solutions to help improve traffic volume and conversions.
