We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a talented marketing team and play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for a well-established premium brand.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines team management, campaign delivery, brand stewardship and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with senior leadership to bring marketing plans to life, drive engagement across multiple channels and ensure every touchpoint reflects a consistently high-quality brand experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and delivery of the wider marketing strategy
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team
- Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
- Overseeing organic social media activity across key platforms
- Managing external agency relationships across paid media, SEO and digital marketing
- Ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, packaging and customer communications
- Supporting website performance and ongoing optimisation
- Planning and delivering exhibitions, events and industry showcases
- Leading internal communications initiatives
- Monitoring performance and reporting on marketing KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement
We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution and leadership skills. A team player who appreciates the importance of collaboration, culture and creativity.
To be considered, you’ll need a few years of experience in a similar space -premium/luxury retailer who delivers a high quality products. Be confident in multitasking, have excellent management skills a high attention to detail, and a proactive solutions-led approach.
This individual should love being autonomous, encourage the same of their team, and work to be the head of marketing's right-hand man or woman. Yes, you’ll need to be in 5 days/week, but it will 100% be worth it!
